Little help please. I have the dumb

I saw an ad in Post Exchange for 700 police .308 take off barrels, a builder in Hollywood had over 100 of them. I was temp-banned ( I did not read rules properly and posted link to gunbroker auction for an action I saw, thought it would be good deal for somebody) just as I was about to get info. Now I have searched as best I can, cannot find the thread.

Anybody know of what I talking about? Link? Please?
