Suppressors Load adjustment for a 7.62 SDN 6

I have a SD I use on my 6.8 SPC and will use on my 308 soon. POI shift is 4 inches low which is expected and very consistent but my groups have opened up from about .75 to 1.5 MOA. I have not decided if its the can or if the can needs a break in.
Based on past experience it could be the nut behind the bolt.
Has anyone adjusted their load for their suppressor?
I have three 6.8 SPCs with a 10.5", 16" and 18" barrels all made by LWRC and I load for each one differently.
These are all piston rifles and I also have a separate upper which is DI in 12.5".

I didn't adjust my reloads (if that's what your asking) for this can. Figured if it came out the barrel they way I wanted it too it should be the same with and without the can on.
I'm shooting .308 out of an SDN6 that's mounted to a GAP/Bartein contour barrel though. I did perform a little buffing and sanding on the Brakeout to have the can fit without much wobble, but all in all... it shoots very well for me.

like islandermyk said above I too never adjust my reloads for my SDN6. but the QD on the breakout tends to be a little loose on these, some more than other, which would explain your groups opening up. if that's the case you can try to do as he did and sand the breakout a little to make a tighter fit and reduce the wobble as much as possible.

other thing that I have seen with suppressors is that if you have a free floating barrel and you add a suppressor on the end of your barrel the weight may be just enough to cause the barrel to touch the stock or rail system. I've never seen it on an AR but it happened to my buddy with a bolt gun. I haven't seen or heard of that happening other than that so it might an isolated event but it may be worth checking out especially if you have a thin carbine barrel where the flex would be greater.

I noted the same with lots of folks bitching about the SDN6. I paid too much and waited too long for the tax stamp, to have problems. I called AAC about the wobble and they said do not alter the muzzle QD device in any manner but then again what would I have expected. If I altered it on their advise then they would be liable for any problems I encountered.

They don't condone any altering because they think that wiggle in their cans is acceptable. I think it sucks and I decided to take all the play out of my mounts by tightening them up. I used the lathe method. I cut an angle on the face of the brake and it allowed the can to attach must tighter.
