Load for 16 inche 243

Hi guys ,

Not me you understand , But a friend has a 16 inche barrelled Ruger in 243 that he uses for hunting in close bush .
What is the twist on these Rugers ? , & what bullet weight would you suggest he uses , hes hunting deer & goats etc .
