If crimped, remove it. Keep in mind that some military brass could have been fired in big chambers, like in a machine gun, and may be stretched to hell and back. That can create sizing issues. And some brass, like LC, tends to be a bit soft, so for me, I cant run my full power loads in the stuff in 308, but in 223, doesnt seem to be an issue. And the military stuff will vary in weight from commercial so start with lower charges and work up slowly and carefully.
