I didn't know these were a thing but they are.

One mushroom is about 8 bucks in the store. I found about 30 lbs of them today. Supposedly they actually taste like lobster.

I will find out tonight.

Well, I ate one and it was very good. Mild flavor.

Would go VERY well with steak and green beans.

As there are no other mushrooms that look like lobsters, I doubt you will get to play with my guns due to my death. I hope.

Lions Mane are fantastic for sure, but man they are crazy expensive in my AO
