I use a Yankee Hill brake on my 6.8 SPC and my Rem 700. After shooting on the Rem. 700, the brake usually twist off with the can. I have no issue on the 6.8 SPC. I was wonder if I was able to use loctite to lock it down??

Red or Blue Loctite will soften and be removable after it heats up to or over 300F. I personally would not use it on the end of a barrel. A small set screw would be a better lock. YMMV
