I've seen that on other sights. Another common sighting is items marked down from $19.99. to $19.99.

Once saw a listing on Amazon for an item that should have been less than $100 priced over $1,000, but it was Prime so free shipping and returns.

Wife found a "discount" once where a $20 item had been marked down to 19¢. She ordered $100 worth. The item was marked as in process and shipping for several weeks and then marked as shipped and then marked as order canceled and money returned.
