Long action mags, that handle short action calibers?

Going to build a 6.5prc on a long action in case I ever want to have another long action magnum barrel spun up. What long action mags will handle the 6.5 prc?

I have a savage 110 in 22-250. It feeds ok, so long as the rifle is level both directions. It's a long damn ways for the round to travel as it clears the feed lips. All sorts of odd feeding issues over the years.

But it ejects flawlessly with all that room.


Not saying it can't be done, but why bother when there are 20 more short mags you could play with if you get bored of the PRC?
