Re: long range

Canadian over at El Reno only goes out to 200 if I recall correctly.

For 1000 your choices are pretty limited and I don't know anyplace else in the OKC area (maybe someone else does?) beyond 100.

Check about Badlands (SW of Lawton), if you are interested in some training?

Red Castle (North of Sand Springs) typically out to 600, sometimes set up for 1000, but that's also a long way from OKC.

Re: long range

If I remember right there is a 1000 yard range somewhere near Tulsa.

In the 70s I took a rifle team to the Wilson Matches (National Guard Championships in Little Rock) and we stopped in Tulsa to fire a National Match HP Match.

I don't remember the name of the club but it seems like I remember them having a 1000 yard range. I could be wrong but you could check with your State Rifle and Pistol Assn. They would know.

Likely it was Red Castle, just north of Sand Springs
