If I’m not mistaken Little Rock is known as one of the most dangerous and drug ridden cities in America. I’m glad an old man with a God Bless sign is what triggers them .
I think the cop was quite calm about the whole thing. Begging is different than just holding a sign and while I respect their right to protest and or beg, I dont like being accosted by them. Just step to the sidewalk, asshole.

This guy makes his living out of suing cities for rights violations, he’s never lost and it happened every time - seems that eventually some city somewhere would have some remedial training on what is and isn’t illegal . Or keep having g the tax slaves foot the bill for civil rights lawsuits

Little Rock being meth central I wonder if they hassle the street level dealers with soliciting and loitering or if they get paid enough to look the other way ?
