Looking for a 6.5 barrel running out time help!!!!

I am currently having a 6.5x47 built the funsmith has a broughton on order have not recieved it and I am going prairie dog hunting in 4 weeks I have searched high and low for a barrel with out any luck, would any of you guys know anyone that has a 6.5 laying around they would part with or a smith that has lots of barrels in inventory.

Call GAP, they usually have some on hand.

I was in a similar boat back in January. Calls to GAP and some of the barrel manufs directly were coming up empty. Krieger factory suggested Bruno's in AZ as they carry quite a bit of stock.

In my case I got a Krieger 6.5 that I sent to GAP for chambering and can threading. GAP also turned this job around very quickly (2 weeks) -- finished result has been great.

i have a new SS Hart #4 1-8" 6.5 blank on the shelf. pm me if you might want it.i think i have $265 into it.

i also have a Lilja, 6.5 three groove 1-8" Winchester Laredo contour on the shelf, but i have more money invested in that one and would have to replace it.

or a used Krieger SS #17 Heavy Varmint in 1-8" that has about 450 rounds of .264 WM ammo through it.
