This is for the issue M9.

I am looking for a Molle Compatible holster that can be worn:
On a drop leg Molle platform
Ability to be mounted on IBA Molle carrier
And if possible be switched to either left/right hand.
Also prefer Kydex construction for the actual pistol insert.
Have a retention system...

Does such a thing exist? Looking to purchase 8ea, trying to think outside the box on this one for future uses. The 6004 and M12 are the standard.

Safariland 3084. Check those out. I believe they unsnap from the drop leg and then can mount to Molle. The also allow you to use a lot of different pistol lights or none at all.

Re: Looking for a Beretta Holster that:

Cant say on the Safariland but +1 on the Blackhawk Serpa. I use one of the belt models daily for my Duty pistol. Retention is great and draw is fast. I like how it's secured just buy putting it in with no other steps and the draw is always the same.

I've got some safariland including a 6004 and it's a great holster but I like the Blackhawk better.

good luck

I can't believe your Chief allows you to use that holster on duty. The Serpa is a cheap piece of crap.

You won't have to worry about anyone taking your gun from you, though.

Re: Looking for a Beretta Holster that:

My chief does allow it. And the local sheriff does also, as many deputies use it too. I will agree that it's not the strongest holster made. My Safariland 6280 and 6004's are both a lot stronger than the Blackhawk but I still prefer to use it. I like how it it rides, close to the body and slim, and still simple fast draw. (I dont care for the thumb snaps, the SLS isn't too bad.

Otherwise I'd be interested to hear you suggestions?

Re: Looking for a Beretta Holster that:

Are the Blackhawk Strike Serpa level II holsters made out of a thicker material than the CQC Serpa? (Related to the above comment about durability.)The Vapor and HSGI holsters are very similar to each other as well, any input experience with these?

Only two holsters are truly ambidextrous: Tactical Tailor modular with molle leg panel, and the Safariland 3084. Any experience with the tactical tailor modular holster on a drop leg platform; sticks out too far, top heavy, stays tight?
