It’s not San Antonio, but look up Red Beard Gunworks in Portland (near corpus).
One stop shop to spend yo money.
I personally have not used them, but Drury Gun Shop on the south side does custom work.

Twisted Precision in Center Point-between Comfort and Kerrville. Patrick Blue Eyes at Navajo Gunsmith in Kerrville. Have also heard good words about Red Beard in Portland.
I'm in SATX, but I don't do work for the public here anymore. I have heard good things from Red Beard.
