Looking for a top of the line sling please help...

I have read a ton about different slings l have a Remington 700 20 inch 308 with a Manners T4a stock with the cups on the left side of the stock l need advice on a top of the line sling for it that would help me in shooting and maybe something with a little padding. if the better slings do not have padding then thats fine also.

If you buy one of the slings from TAB (like listed by Tony) or one of the TIS slings, you most likly will not need or miss padding. The webbing used by both TAB and TIS is almost 1.5" wide and is pretty soft. I dont have any rifles that are over 19 pounds, but I have never wanted padding, even when carrying one hunting all day...

TIS quick Cuff or the Vickers Combat Applications Sling.

I have shifted to the Vickers for all my uses now.

Recently picked up my first TAB and am very impressed. TIS is right there too for consideration.

I can't speak to the TIS slings but the TAB bi-athalon sling I got is sweet. It may be a bit too much for my needs and I may sell it for more normal style sling though. I would not hesitate a bit to order any sling made by TAB though.
