I have a Dpms LR308 TAC 20 that I sent to a local store to have the barrel swapped and a Cerakote job done. I went from the 20" heavy barrel to a lighter weight Lilja 18" 416 stainless w/ lo pro gas block.
Well, as you can imagine, I am having nothing but FTEs with my reloads. Factory ammo fires and cycles decently with an occassional FTE.
Any suggestions on some one in Idaho who is familiar with this and can fix this?

Not to be a smart ass but it sounds like you need to work on your reloads if they don't work and factory does. Just my .05

Well instead of douche comments, why dont you offer to help? OAL length was a bit much, and that was corrected seating bullets slightly deeper.

OK, is your brass sized enough, give us a bit more info on what you have done diff than factory. Are they getting hung up in the mag or are they getting bent trying to enter the chamber. The barrel chamber might not be good, have you checked with a go gage. Might want to take it back to the store that did the work. Enough with my douche comments. I'm out.
