I have a Remington A3 Springfield that is not collectable, but a very accurate shooter, .5 MOA. I am looking for a top quality Gunsmith that is experienced at modifying this rifle to an A4 configuration with mounts and vintage style scope. It would be preferable, but not necessary, if located in the Northeast. Any recommendations would be appreciated.
