Anyone have/had/used theYankee Hill Machinery (YHM) suppressors? 7.62 Phantom, specifically... Found one locally that might be a deal, but just looking for some feedback. Thanks.

...And yes, I tried a search first. Got 'nuthin'.

That's not even all I found.....

I like mine, if I had to do it again then I'd spend more and get a TI can like a Gemtech Sandstorm. If I could spend even a little more I'd get a Shark.

I sell class 3. I sell a lot of the YHM products, they are well built and cost effective IMO. I put a 7.62 Phantom on my wife's T/C encore .30-06 and I love the damn thing so much she has told me to get my own. My .02 cents, good can at decent price. The other nice thing is that YHM guarantees that you can put any .30 caliber round through it, for example .300 Rem. Ultra Mag. There are other companies that will say their product will handle .30 cal magnum rounds, then you say .300 RUM and "WHOAHHHHH!!!!! I think you will bulge the can if you try that." I would rather have a more heavily constructed can with no worries than a lighter can with limitations.

I don't have a 7.62 suppressor, but I do have a YMH Cobra 2 9mm can. It is cost effective, comes apart for cleaning, but to my ears is no where hear as quiet as my other 9mm can (SWR Trident) on the same handgun.

I have a 30 cal YHM QD can. I use it on my ar, 700 tact in 223 and 700P in 7mm rem mag. I am very happy with it. Have shot it next to an aac and I don't notice a difference other than they say no Magnums. I am biased but satisfied.

I have a 556 phantom and I think its a heavier than it needs to be, and also i think its a little loud. Kinda wish i would have spent more money. If your looking at a 30 cal can, quick detach i would go AAC 7.62SD or if you dont care about quick detach, their cyclone is supposed to be really nice too. Those are both in the 800 dollar range, so not too spendy.
