Looking for information on original 1966 Redfield 1st gen

I have recently acquired an original Redfield scope. I have done some research on it is kind of confusing and conflicting. It is the anodized green with 3x-9x Redfield 1" tube marking and also has 1 (that I can find) serial number. This scope is definitely from the time period as I acquired a lot of other items also. Any Information would help greatly..
