Looking for PRS style matches in the west Atlanta area.

Looking for PRS style matches in the west Atlanta/east Alabama area. Any info would be helpful. I was shooting a small PRS style matches in Clem earlier this year but I just found out they are on hold. Thanks for the help.

The closest top-tier facility is The Arena in Blakely, GA.

K&M in Finger, TN, is phenomenal but a bit more of a drive.

FWIW, I'm about 30 miles east of Atlanta

Still 2.5 hours away from me. I'll keep looking. This could be a possibility but it would require most if not all of the weekend to shoot for me.

you can do a day match but its a long day. I live near Columbus,GA so CORE, Arena in Blakely and Alabama Precision are about 2-4 hrs drive depending. So I have literally slept in my jeep at a rest on the way to and from some of the matches. Its by far cheaper than a hotel, but then again if you have the gear you can easily make it to a camp site and set up shop.

Me andy buddies definitely don't mind camping. It looks like the Alabama precision match is the closest to me and most feasible. Ive got load development to do on my HMR and I need a bag or 2 yet. The goal will be to make one before the end of the year.

dont worries about bags and other shit like that for your first one let the match director know and have them squad you with the dudes who wont mind letting you carry thier bags because they have 5 too many.

it will be tough to find much less than 2.5 hours from ATL but you are welcome to camp. Several from GA do it in one day but it is a long day

Sounds good. I've already got rear bags/ bipod etc. Was going to pick up a game changer anyways. I appreciate the help and info.
