Are you asking who you should have do it? As theyve said Kampfeld is the way to go. He had my bolt back to me in less than a week after I mailed it. I got the TI bolt flute, but if I do it again I think id go with the standars spiral flute.

Not to take anything away from anyone else but I too can/do helically flute bolts.

$150.00 for a Remmy700 in any length

Gimme about a week.
