Gunsmithing Loose Studs!!!

So, what's the best way to keep sling studs from coming loose? I've tried small washers that help, but can mark the stock. I've tried loctite with mixed results.

I hate twisted slings and loose studs!

I have one stock with flushcups but never use a sling on it anyways.

Devcon, or any slow cure works good.
