Losing reticle in sunshine

I’ve got a Nightforce 5-25 ATACR in SFP with the MOAR-T reticle. When I’m shooting paper targets (white) the reticle seems to disappear. I’m usually shooting at 15 power. I chose the MOAR-T because I do not like a thick reticle. Maybe I need glasses (I’m 45). What experience have others had and how did you fix it?

Possibly the diopter isn't set right.

Edit: I guess I shoulda added... I have the same scope. It took some fiddling, but once I got the diopter set correctly, I've had NO issues in any environment maintaining a clea reticle.

Your diopter if adjusted properly negates the use of glasses unless your eyes are that bad that the diopter can't compensate for it.
