Low Budget 6.5 Creedmoor build...

I completed a "low budget" 6.5 Creedmoor build last year and have been reasonably happy with the results. Careful shopping of components (mostly Aero Precision) has allowed me to hit my target budget and the rifle shoots pretty well, so far.

The barrel is a 22" Ballistic Advantage. I'm using a Vortex Viper 6.5--20 x 44 scope at the moment. Recently installed a RA-140 trigger.

Rifle shoots about .75 moa. Son shot the center group, aiming @ the center spot. We then took turns shooting at the outer triangular shapes.

Shot @ 100 yards with Hornady 147 gr factory ammo.

Nice start. Do you reload? Will tighten them up even more. Good shooting.

My Ballistic Advantage loves 140 AMAX and 41.5 H4350. Easily .5 MOA. I built mine on Aero parts also.

I do reload, but haven't gotten around to doing any load development on this one yet.
