The PRS tripds already mentioned are excellent options.

Additionally, there are full-size tripods like the Bogen/Manfrotto 190XPROB (and its bigger brother the 055XPROB) which can be grounded and thanks to the horizontal center column, the spotting scope can be position in a variety of different ways to maximize space depending on how the shooter/spotter are setup. My second one from PRS also showed up yesterday. You cannot go wrong with PRS. Great product and communication all the way.
