Lower choices for a Mk12 upper

Got my mk12 upper from HCS recently, trying to decide on a lower. I am not trying to be clone correct. Would any lower do? I was thinking about an LMT, BCM, maybe a radian lower but I have a hard time finding any in stock. Would something like an aero lower be okay? Appreciate any input and recommendations. I do plan on installing a two-stage trigger.

I'm using an Aero Precision Gen2 forged lower on my precision AR with no issues and the upper tensioning screw is a nice feature to keep the upper to lower fit tight. If you're not going for a clone correct build then an AP lower will absolutely work.

I'm running a colt on mine for clone correctness, but if you don't care about that, the LMT mars lowers are pretty hard to beat for the features you get. Seem to keep showing up in stock, so if you're patient you could probably grab one.

most people are stuck between a Colt A2 profile or a PRI or Brownells A1. Does the brand or the silhouette matter more? Russian paint is also a really good option.

Aero Precision M4E1. It has an oversived trigger guard, beveled magwell, upper tensioning screw, set screw for the bolt catch and takedown detent pin hole is threaded to accept a set screw. Just can't see how you can go wrong with one.
