I bet that's probably a fun little ride... Looks like he did it so it'd wheelie up when it picks up speed. I've seen sprint cars with wings smaller than that literally flip up in the air and land behind the vehicle behind it.
Want one of these SO bad... A guy not far from where I grew up had a mint one in his driveway.
Another gem is the 1962 Chrysler New Yorker --talk about a goddamn tank, it was easily as big as my grandmother's '74 station wagon. Mine was black with a blue interior and had a 413ci dumptruck engine, 12" brakes all around, thick glass with the earliest auto windows that'd go up fast enough to break an arm, push button tranny, a back seat as big as a twin bed and you could relax and recline fully. Had an ashtray with a huge crown on it and it was at least a foot across. Man I miss that car...
I was picturing something more along these lines, tho...

Before opening this thread, the first car that came to mind was that weird 3 wheeler that always showed up in the Mr Bean series.
