Stepped back in time 66 years to June 6th, 1944. I had weird feeling that I had been there before!

In the picture with the bow open, is that writing in Greek letters? I think that is Greek, do you know what is says?

Very cool. I'm a short drive to Pittsburgh and will have to make a road trip to check out this LST. I also heard that a B-17 will be on tour in Morgantown, WV all next week which I have already made plans to see.
