i dig the guide and Mike jumped through hoops to get me one, kudos to him. just curious of nominal rod to insert clearance. my rod is .247", insert id is .275ish if memory serves.

Mine rod OD is .202" and my guide ID is .285. Yours is quite a bit tighter than mine. But the actual guide fits like a glove inside of the gun.

Gunslick carbon fiber rod OD - 0.235"
JL Dewey Coated rod OD - 0.260"

Have two rod inserts and ID on both is ~0.275"
