I have a mk4 with duplex reticle and MOA turrets. Ive sent Leupold emails and never got a response. I want mil dot and Mil rad turrets. Has anyone done this successful? And who did you use?

It seems if you send in an email thru Leupolds web site it takes at least a week to get a response. This adreess seems to be faster than the web site- [email protected] or you could call them. I have had a turret change done before. I know guys that have had a reticle changed too, just depends on the scope you have.

I've e-mailed them before and it did take a week or two. Give 'em a call, it's probably a little quicker (although I've read of long hold times). Also, sse this thread:

I just gave them a call a couple of weeks back. Pretty short wait and painless.

According to the technician I spoke to last week, mildot or TMR reticle is $159.99. The M1 knobs are $59.99 each I believe, but the M5 (0.1 mil) knobs can only be installed on the FFP scopes.

I have an original (early 90's) 3.5-10 M3 which i sent in last year to have a TMR reticle upgrade done. Sent in an email n got reply 2 days later. Sent it out w check and 2 weeks later it was back. Not only did they install the reticle, they replaced all the springs and "wearable" parts, cleaned it up, (inside and out) and checked the entire adjustment travel. They got it back to me 1 week sooner than promised, and did not charge me for the extra parts/work/ or return shipping. The guys in the custom shop were great to deal with.
