The NSN for the Day Optic Sight Case is 1005-01-260-2666 if you have the capability to order the case through the supply system.
Another option is to find a similar sized case (i.e. Pelican or Hardigg) and cut the foam to fit the optics. I don't know who made the original cases for the deployment kit.
Unless you can find someone that is willing to part with this type of case your options are going to be limited.

I found a purchase contract on-line. Manufacturers CAGE code is 3A703, which is Remington Arms Co.

It actually seems to be a cheaply-made case. I have one and the foam is cut well from the factory. But the case is flimsy and the hinge across the back is breaking from being opened and closed so much. The front snaps don't work too well. But it does have the web and buckles to cinch it all up.
