That name had come up during my Google searches but I was unable to find a similar stock referred to as such. It certainly looks like it would be good for range use.

E C Bishop and Son made an M1 rifle stock that had similar (oversize) features of a super match M1A stock...and my money says this is one of them. They have been out of business since 1997.

Thank you very much. I don't want that particular rifle (overpriced) but I want one of those stocks and I now have a better idea of what to search for.
