Gunsmithing M18x1 to 3/4-24 suppressor adapter?

I'm not a smith, nor a machinist. Looking for an adapter. I have a M18x1 to 5/8-24 for a 30 cal can, but was wanting to run my 338 can on my 300 WM. Does someone make a M18x1 (Tikka/Sako) to 3/4-24 or can one be made?

I would try CNC Warrior.

Although this would be a custom order, he might make one for you.

CNC Warrior is where I picked up the 5/8-24 adapter.

Hughes Precision has M18x1 to 1/2-28 or 5/8-24. May be worth a call to see if they do one to 3/4-24.
