M2008 pic in A-5, got one?

Im thinking about getting the M2008 or the Surgeon RLR action, Cant decide. The reason is I talked to GAP and the A-5 I got is for a Rem700 LA and they said if you put in the M2008 the tang will be high. Has anyone had this done? Picture of A-5 with M2008? I would like to see how high the tang would be. If its too much Im going to go with the Surgeon RLR. Im not going to spend another $750 for a stock just to fit the M2008 and have another A-5 laying around. The A-5 I have is brand new, I wonder if they would take a trade off for a A-5 with a M2008 inlet!??

This is a picture of one Terry Cross posted in his SENTINEL stock. The protrusion will be about the same in the A5 you have.

McMillan makes an A5 with a higher tang for the M2008 action.

GAP posted that they had several in stock.

I would go with the RLR if you already have the stock, as there is no compromise going with the Surgeon.

You need to mention to him that the picture you posted is not an A5.
