I've seen this system that are standard on Remington M24's. I'm wondering if anyone has 1st hand knowledge of these and are they available to purchase if the work? If anyone would know anything about these it would be someone on sniper's hide.

You can purchase that stock directly from HS Precision. In fact they have that LOP adjustment on a number of stocks.
