SOLD - Offered is a beautiful M40A1 built by C&H Precision Weapons to USMC RTE/Precision Weapons shop build procedures. This was ordered and delivered to a former Scout Sniper local to me, and who sold it to me (unfired) to fund another project. I’ve had it since late 2018 and have only fired it to break in the barrel so it has a total of 21rds of M118 Match down the tube. It was built with the attention to detail you’d expect from a former 2112 at CHWS. This particular rifle was “upgraded” with a new production McMillan Smear Stock that was made as a special request for the former 8541. The rifle package includes a US Optic’s MST-100 USMC Sniper Marked Scope and USO scope mount and rings. Price is $7,000 for the package shipped to your FFL. Note - The scope and mount were factory installed so I’m not inclined to remove them nor do I want to break the package. Also, the Pelican’s top foam was cut by a moron at CHWS and who was no longer employed once they saw the job he performed. I’ve kept it as a souvenir thinking I’d just order another piece, but haven’t gotten around to it with so many other projects. This is also cross posted on several sites.
