That looks like sn XM-3 not than M40-A5. The Xm-3 was not fully adopted as it was an experimental model between DARPA and Iron Brigade Armory as the builder

Yep IBA made the XM3's and they came with Nightforce 3-15's. But I've seen XM3's with SB's and 40's with MK4's too
