M5 Stealth DM M24 vs Surgeon Magazine System

Looking to order a stock and found what I wanted. If the stock if inletted for the M5 system will the Surgeon metal fit ? I really like the release tucked up out of the way.
Any other suggestions appreciated.

The surgeon has a larger footprint than the badger so your stock will have to be milled out slightly.
