Just got a M5 stealth mag system from stockys. Seems to be a quality product for the price. Is this a gov overrun contract?

On stockys web sight it says that the USA gov and(Israeli defense force )recently approved the release of this mil spec mag system for commercial production. Not sure what that means thats why I asked. It think it looks like a real nice peice of equpiment, just have to inlet my A-5. Bought it with a 10 round, it may look alittle rediculus or real bad ass when its in. Also bought two five rounders from midway.
