Looking for some good muzzle velocity figures (15ft or 78ft) for M855 ammo and M193 from AR carbine 16" barrel for comparison. thanks.

I can help you out with all of that when I get home in an hour. I have all the velocity and BC data for XM193, M855, Prvi 75 gr Match, and some data on Mk262 also. Most of the data, except for the Mk262 was collected using my 16" WOA barrel shot through an Oehler and confirmed later on.
XM193:
MV = 3075 fps, BC .233
M855:
MV = 2975 fps, BC .300
Prvi 75gr Match:
MV = 2486 fps, BC .295
Mk262:
MV = 2685 fps
Hope some of that info helps, I also have some elevation data if you need it.

My data was gathered with a Oehler 43 with the screens starting at 10 ft if I remember correctly. The system records MV, Proof Number, BC, so and so on and creates an average from the shots. I just plugged the MV and BC data into JBM and it's spit out some pretty accurate data so far out to about 600 yards or so.
I haven't chrono'ed that many AR15's that have different chambers so I can't say one or the other but if the chamber does have an effect I'd say it takes a backseat to the barrel length and ammunition used. I've also read that the BC will change based on the MV which is different based on barrel length but that information comes from the internet so YMMV.
