Suppressors M9 threaded barrel?

Just picked up a Beretta M9 and was wondering which threaded barrel worked the best. I have had a 92FS which is the same pistol. I just had the stock barrel threaded on it, which worked fine just had to clean the threaded part of the suppressor after each use. Trying to decide if I should go the same route or buy an aftermarket barrel already threaded. Any input on brand of barrel and where to purchase it would be appreciated. JAA

I saw that one but wanted some insight from those who have used them which is the best rout to go. Before I drop a couple hundred more on a barrel, when I can have the one on it threaded for 35 bucks. JAA
