Recently picked up a Terminus Zeus build with Hawkins M5 bottom metal and was looking for ideas on a reliable -decently priced option for magazines in the 223 category.

Thanks

While I'm not a fan of the OAL restriction (2.390"), here is another Magpul option. If you don't reload I don't think it will matter to you. I think they are still waiting to be released, but says Summer 2020. I use both Accurate Mag and MDT 223 mags and both work great for my Origin 223AI.

I'd go for the accurate mag if you're buying one, but I like metal mags better. If you have a few 308 mags sitting around and don't mind sacrificing one they can be modified if you're handy. I narrowed the inside of one by gluing some material inside it on the walls then adjusted the feed lips for small rifle sized cartridges. Mine was for a 204 Ruger but same concept. It's a 5 round 308 mag that now holds 7 cartridges of 204 Ruger.
