Gunsmithing Magnum head Bolt Replacement for Model Seven?

Does anyone make a replacement bolt for the Remington Model Seven with a magnum head? I saw a thread where PTG made a special run of them a few years back, but it is not part of their normal offering on the website. Is there a source I am overlooking?

Buy one from PTG in satandard BF with a mini16 extractor cut and open up the bolt face. The extractor will still work fine.

Or open up the one you have? I think the model 7, 600, XR-100 and XP-100 all have the same bolt.
