I'll be getting some....

I've come to just really hate metal AICS mags and the only option for 223 is MDT's plastic 10 rounds. Mine works OK but the last one or two rounds out of it fail to feed rapidly about 50% of the time.

Sweet! I don't ever have trouble with the MDT mags, but I like the idea of more options on the market.

I just wish they'd allowed longer OAL. They're fine for factory ammo, but not so much for long loads with 80+gr bullets.

Do we know if they are AR-15 length magazines or 308 length? I load my 223 trainer out past factory length, and I like the extra mag length in the 308 mags from MDT.

Thanks! I believe I'm running the ELD 80s at 2.540, so that is a little disappointing. That extra length really lets the 223 shine.

You can usually take a chainsaw file and open them up a bit without effecting the integrity of the magazines as well.

Obviously we'll have to wait and see them in person before we know if that's an option, but it has been with everything else out there.
