MAGPUL Dynamics has released that they will now be offering precision rifle training. They have hired my buddy Caylen Wojcik to run the program. I'm sure it going to be a huge success. Check out their site.

What are the facilities like that they are going to be using? What the climate like in Yakima?


2000 rounds for the Stage 1 three day class :0 . You WILL be proficient in bolt manipulation. I took their precision class last year and we did about 600 rounds in 2 days, and that was a pretty good pace. Only 400 rounds for Stage 2. 2k is the round count for their carbine class, I thought.

I'd be interested but I'm going to verify the 2k round requirement. If you're running a super hot 6mm/6.5mm/7mm, 2k rounds in 3 days is no bueno for the barrel.

Edit: Appears to be website publishing error. Round count is 400 for PR.

The 2000 round count is incorrect guys. Check the website, it's all current information. I wouldn't expect anyone to run 2K through any precision weapon in 3 days!

The facilities are mother nature, no golf course or flat range. The range is set in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains. Shooters can expect to engage targets from multiple firing points and become intimately familiar with wholly unpredictable winds. It is truly a challenging place to shoot.

I cant agree more!! Caylen is a top notch instructor and shooter. Congrats on the Magpul deal!!

Caylen's class is well thought out, precise and you will leave with tons of information!! The course structure and atomosphere is top notch. Not to mention the range setting is top of line. 3 days 3 different ranges, sweet!!

Thanks Caylen for getting this program going in our little neck of the woods. The rock solid fundamentals you instilled on me has made me a more confident shooter definetly.

I'll be taking the PR1 Course May 13-15. Too good of an opportunity to pass up, with one of the greatest instructors around. I'll attempt to post a review after completion but how many ways can you write "incredible"!!
