Does any body use this Arca rail from Magpul ?
How does it compare with other brands such as HRD GEAR, AREA 419, etc

There is not much difference between any of them, maybe with the exception of ArcaLock and even then, that is an entire system (rail+mount).

In reality all of them are comparable. XLR is usually my go-to for MLOK rail sections but pick whichever one you can find cheapest and run.
