Magpul PRS improved cheek rest

The AR-10 PRS cheek weld was too short in relation to my scope and I like to be able to get comfortable and take a nap behind my rifle so it was time to play with the Kydex.

The new rest is just over an inch wider and 2.5 inches longer. The stock still has it's full range of adjustment and the kydex is attached with velcro for easy removal.

Just a heat gun. If you go slow and soften the plastic it forms quite easily. I used the stock itself with a 3/4 tube zip tied to it where I wanted the bump out and formed the kydex around it.
