I purchased a Deviant action with No magwell cut out. My gunsmith told me he recommended not cutting one in for fear of the loss of integrity in the action....wondering your guys thoughts

The only place I would trust to do that work on a Defiance would be Defiance themselves.
If they won't do it, I'd sell it and buy the correct action.
