Wow, almost two and a half boxes of ammo down range without loss of accuracy. Impressive. I'm no machinest but a barrel, especially a pistol barrel is more than a pipe with rifling. They start with a premade 8mm barrel which has to be reamed to 8.8mm. Not exactly a kitchen sink affair.
