A guy called Rep. Matt Gaetz's (R) office last year and threatened to assassinate him ("I can shoot you in the head from a mile away"), and they were able to find that guy, too. Of course, the FBI decided he "wasn't a threat" and declined to prosecute him. Why, do you reckon?

But since real justice against the elite, seems so out of reach. Threats like these seem inevitable, no matter how stupidly they are made.

Our rights as citizens slowly erode. A political party acts just as deranged over a duly elected president and its deemed acceptable. Our country struggles to keep from being slowly invaded from its borders and elected officials make economic laws virtually forcing families to uproot from multi generational homes to "escape" in their own country. Vote them out they say yet the voting process is blatantly corrupted and these same politicians pack our country with even more illegal voters. So we use magic markers and cardboard to protest?

If you tip your hand, or just make a false threat, just to make a point, the consequences are pretty severe. Since you are going to jail anyway, just keep your mouth shut and get the job done. The end result will be the same either way.
