Manner’s Group buy 2019 Discussion

In anticipation of the 2019 group buy have a few questions to throw out to the community. This will be my first custom stock and for my America nucleus action chambered in 308. My main uses of the platform will be hunting, and target shooting

Im looking at getting one of the folding models if they qualify for the group buy.

What are the biggest differences between the TF 1,2,3,4

Also is the 100% carbon shell worth the extra cost?

Also what is the difference between the gen 1 and gen 2 chassis which I do want to get?

If you want a lighter stock I would look at another model, I have a standard fill folder (TF1A) with mini-chassis, it’s over 5 lbs. I have carried it hunting though and hasn’t been bad.

Main differences will be in the front and back end of the stock. TF1 & 2 will have a front end of the T6 which is slightly angled and narrower than the TF3 & 4 which is wider and flat. Back end of the stocks will either be a traditional sloped angle (TF1 & 3) vs the hook style of the 2 & 4.

You’ll loose an average of around a LB going from standard fill to CF.

And the only new stocks are the MCS-CS2, MCS-UC (Ultra Classic) and MCS-PRS1 CZ.

No new camo patterns that I'm aware of.

I hope there's a way to get a T4A Team or a PRS discounted this year, but I'm not holding my breath.
